Job Title: Experienced Machine Operative (Grab/Rubber Duck Operator) Location: Rossington Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent About the Role: We are currently seeking a highly experienced and reliable Machine Operative to work at a busy site in Rossington. This role requires an operator who can hit the ground running with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities: * Operate machinery including grab and rubber duck equipment. * Ideally operate a loading shovel as well (preferred but not essential). * Adhere to all site health and safety protocols. * Complete daily checks and minor maintenance of machinery. * Work efficiently to meet production targets. Requirements: * Proven experience operating grab and rubber duck machinery (essential). * Experience with loading shovels (desirable). * Minimum of several months to years of relevant operational experience — no trainees or short-term operators will be considered. * Ability to work independently and make sound operational decisions. * Valid relevant licenses/tickets for machine operation. Working Hours: * Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM * Saturday: 7:00 AM – 11:30 AM Pay Rate: * £13.50 per hour * Time and a half for overtime and bank holidays
