Operations Controller

The Operations Controller plays a critical role in our Operations department where we deal with Import/Export, Clearing and forwarding of customers cargo. We use Sea, Air and Road freight in order to service the needs of our customers. We do local and cross-border into Africa as well. Key Responsibilities · Assisting customers with Sea, Air and Road freight cargo · Controlling Import/Export procedures · Controlling Clearing and forwarding procedures · Daily, weekly and monthly reporting to customers and team · Dealing with Suppliers to get best possible service for our customers · CARGOWISE processing and Inhouse system OA processing · Deal with International Clients and Suppliers · Apply for payment of Suppliers · Invoicing customers Requirements · At least 2 years experience in similar field · Be a team player, energetic and ready to take on responsibilities · Flexible · Excellent English Communication · Sound understanding of Inco Terms · Sound understanding of Customs procedures
