Job Description

Description:

We're Hiring a Veterinary Technician Who Gets It
Cornelius, NC – Full-Time

Main Street Veterinary Hospital isn't just another hospital—we're a tight-knit crew. We're proud to say we are privately owned, and every day you'll work alongside our practice owners and on-site practice manager. We believe that clear is kind, that laughter can get you through the hardest shift, and that our patients and their people deserve nothing less than exceptional care.

Right now, we're looking for an experienced Veterinary Technician (minimum 2 years in a busy hospital) who brings more than just technical skill. We're searching for someone who understands the meaning of teamwork—who jumps in without being asked, sees what needs doing, and does it with kindness and energy. Someone who communicates clearly, supports their teammates, and brings a little joy and playfulness into the day.

You're a great fit if you:

  • Thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
  • Are self-directed and dependable with strong technical skills
  • Know that communication makes or breaks a team
  • Are playful, kind, and bring positive energy
  • Are dedicated to continuous learning and doing things the right way

What we offer:

  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Paid time off and paid holidays
  • 401(k) with employer contribution
  • Tuition assistance to help grow your career
  • Annual scrub allowance
  • Generous pet benefits (because your pets are family, too)
  • A supportive, tight-knit team that celebrates the wins and shows up when it's hard
  • A non-corporate, privately-owned practice with people who know your name
  • A strong leadership team that provides structure, training, and support—you won't be left guessing

If you're ready to be part of something meaningful and join a hospital where your voice matters, we'd love to meet you.
