Base salary $150,000 - $180,000 20% bonus, paid time off, paid holidays, all insurances, retirement contributions, and much more Rapid growth opportunity within a stable and established electrical engineering department Are you a dynamic electrical engineering leader passionate about delivering leadership for industrial power delivery projects? We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineering Lead to guide our team, shape strategy, and foster growth within a department. Your Mission As Electrical Engineering Department Manager, you will be a key leader responsible for the direction, performance, and growth of the electrical engineering team. You will set the vision, develop strategies, and ensure alignment with broader organizational goals. Your leadership will inspire excellence, support professional growth, and drive the department’s success in a rapidly evolving industry. Key Responsibilities Oversee department operations for the power delivery of industrial projects including electrical design, field team operations, arc flash studies, and safety/compliance training. Develop and execute strategies to grow and optimize the electrical engineering department, ensuring alignment with company objectives. Lead, mentor, and develop department staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry leaders, and the community. Serve as a trusted advisor and ambassador for the department. Approve budgets, manage financial forecasts, and support sales and pricing strategies. What You Bring Minimum of 10 years in electrical engineering, with industrial project experience. Professional Engineer preferred. Familiarity with power delivery for industrial projects including electrical engineering and design, field team operations, arc flash studies, and safety/compliance training. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to represent the department both internally and externally. Ability to inspire and guide teams, communicate vision, and foster a collaborative and inclusive environment.
