Job Title: Lateral Partner Recruiting Assistant Location: City of London Role: Full-time permanent role Working Arrangement: Hybrid Working (3 days in office) Salary: up to £45,000 per annum Requirements: Law firm Experience desired The firm Our client is a premier global law firm renowned for its elite litigation, antitrust, real estate, and corporate practices. The role In your new role as a Lateral Partner Recruiting Assistant, you will be supporting the lateral partner recruitment function for the firm. Your key responsibilities will include: Providing administrative support to the lateral partner team.Maintaining the applicant tracking process.Preparing interview schedules: sending calendar invites, preparing meeting details, and making information packets.Maintaining candidate filesCommunicating as needed with candidates, recruiters and internal stakeholders. What do you need? In order to be successful in this role you will need: Excellent customer service skills and ability to build rapport with all levels of staff and management.Previous experience working in a Recruitment/HR role at ideally a law firm.Strong attention to detail.Demonstrated high level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
