Their head of corporate is seeking a right hand person to work with them, with a view for partnership quickly. This is a very ambitious team, and they have doubled turnover in four years. Over 250 people now in the firm. They have a good work life balance here, but a very high quality of work, and starting to win some decent sized big ticket work with large corporations as well as the more regional SMEs. They need an established solicitor, but no following needed and this is a role whee the head of corporate is happy to take you out to networking events and give you the tools set to eventually build your own practice.
