Interim HR Business Partner Are you a commercially savvy, strategic HR professional with over 5 years of experience in the FMCG industry? Have you successfully partnered with global senior leaders to shape and drive the people agenda? MacGregor Black is proud to be working with a global leader in drinks manufacturing in the search for an Interim HR Business Partner . This is a contact role based in London . Reporting to EMEA HR Director, you will play a critical role in delivering HR strategies that support business objectives while fostering a high-performance culture. You will bring a deep understanding of global matrix structures and consumer markets, and excel at building relationships across functions and regions. Key Responsibilities Partner with senior leaders to understand business needs and design HR solutions aligned with strategic objectives. Provide expert advice on key HR areas including talent management, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. Lead the rollout of HR initiatives across multiple geographies, ensuring alignment with global standards and local requirements. Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, offering insights that drive business and employee performance. Champion learning and development initiatives, supporting capability building and career growth. Identify HR risks and proactively develop solutions to mitigate them. Foster strong, collaborative relationships across internal and external stakeholder groups. What are we looking for? Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred). 5 years of HR business partnering experience in an FMCG or similar fast-paced global environment. Proven ability to work within complex global matrix structures. Strong understanding of both local and international consumer markets. Commercially focused with sound business acumen and strategic mindset. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, able to influence at all levels. Proactive, results-driven, and adaptable to change. HR certifications such as CIPD or SHRM-CP are advantageous. Willingness to travel occasionally. Competitive salary benefits.
