Senior Legal Counsel

My client is a well known asset manager looking for a lawyer to join their funds team to focus on UK authorised funds. They need at least 4 years relevant experience in this area to be considered but are happy for that to be either from an in house or private practice background. The team cover a wide variety of tasks covering all aspects of product development as well as distribution and regulatory work. The company has a great reputation as a place to work and the team are very well regarded in the business. They offer a really good mix of excellent work, competitive comp and good culture & work life balance. They need you to be qualified in England & Wales and have specific experience of UK authorised funds (including UCITS, NURS & LTAFs) but you'll also be exposed to unauthorised UK AIF's from an AIFM perspective so any experience there would also be helpful.
