Residential Property Solicitor

Due to expansion, our longstanding client in Kent (accessible from London) are seeking to recruit a qualified Residential Conveyancer. You can be a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive. This is an office-based role although after probation, they will consider a day from home a week for if work permits. Experience to include: Managing a high volume caseload of both freehold and leasehold matters Sales and purchases Remortgages Drafting and reviewing legal documents Experience in new build transactions and shared ownership schemes is desirable Experience of using a case management system along with the Land Registry portal Candidate Specification - Minimum of 3 years solid fee-earning experience Be a good team player Have good communication skills Have the ability to work calm under pressure Benefits £50,000 - £60,000 25 days holiday bank holidays birthday leave Employee pension program Regular social events If you would like to hear more, please click "apply" and contact Owen at Eclectic Recruitment who will be in contact.
