We are working with a top-tier national law firm based in Belfast for a Solicitor to join their Corporate team. The Role: The successful candidate will join a market-leading corporate team, advising on areas including M&A, corporate restructurings, private equity, buy-outs, joint ventures, and more. The candidate will work on cross-border transactions, with some of the largest companies from a range of industries. Essential Criteria: 3 years’ PQE; Corporate/M&A background; Excellent academics; Technically excellent; Strong communication skills; Ability to work independently and as a team; Strong work ethic.
