Hygiene Supervisor *No Sponsorship Available* Days OR Nights Available I'm looking for two proactive and hands-on leaders with a genuine passion for hygiene and food safety? I'm recruiting on behalf of a leading food manufacturer for a days AND nights Hygiene Supervisor to join their growing team in Leicester. What You’ll Do (nothing out the ordinary for you): As a Hygiene Supervisor, you will be a key player in maintaining high hygiene standards in a fast-paced food production environment. Your responsibilities will include: Managing daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules in line with BRC and customer standards. Ensuring team compliance with COSHH and all hygiene-related policies and procedures. Supporting Health & Safety and promoting a safety-first culture. Leading, training, and developing a team of hygiene operatives. Supporting audit readiness. You will need to be physically able to spend periods of the shift on your feet, the factory is fast paced and this role needs a hands on approach, leading from the front! What They are Looking For (you): Previous supervisory experience in food manufacturing hygiene is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of BRC standards and COSHH regulations.
