Programme Manager

Programme Manager UK - Remote – occasional travel to London / Europe Salary circa £85-90k 15% annual bonus benefits We are working with a long standing consultancy client who have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Programme Manager to join the business. Initially you will be overseeing a small team of Project Managers delivering a collection of complex MSP and Professional services projects for a key client across UK and Europe. Longer term you will be part of the growth and expansion of the Programme Management offering for the wider business - leading cross-functional teams in the planning, execution, and delivery of large programmes. UK Head office in London will require (fully expensed) travel every other week with travel to a range of European sites potentially every other month depending on the needs of the programme. Role: Lead the delivery of complex, multi-project programmes aligned with organisational goals. Oversee planning, execution, and reporting while managing interdependencies, risks, and resources. Build and lead high-performing teams, foster collaboration, and serve as the key point of contact for stakeholders. Maintain strong client relationships and ensure quality standards across all projects. Continuously improve programme processes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and strategic impact. Skills / experience / Background: Proven experience within a similar Programme Manager role, preferably from within MSP / Solution Provider / Consultancy. Medical / Pharma industry experience would be an added advantage but not essential Experience leading in successfully managing and delivering complex programmes of technical work Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in programme management tools and methodologies Exceptional stakeholder engagement experience Project / Programme certification(s) (PRINCE2, Agile, PMP) Contact David Southwood – CPS Group
