Middleweight Designer – Creative Agency Environment I'm currently working with a client of mine who is looking to bring a Middleweight Designer on board to support their growing creative team. If you're someone with a strong eye for typography, layout, and contemporary design trends — and you're passionate about producing work that spans across digital, print, motion and more — this could be a great opportunity. You’ll be collaborating closely with senior creatives, working across branding, campaigns, and multi-channel projects. The role touches a broad mix of sectors and audiences, so adaptability and a sharp creative instinct are key. Key Responsibilities: Strong focus on typography and layout Create high-quality work that aligns with various brand styles Act as a brand guardian across multiple client projects Contribute to campaign work across digital, print, and motion Stay on top of design trends to keep work current and impactful Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to push creative output Occasionally present work internally and externally Involvement across a wide variety of projects, from social and websites to film and animation UX/UI skills are a plus, but not essential What We’re Looking For: A self-motivated, creatively driven designer Excellent eye for detail, particularly in typography and composition Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator); After Effects is a bonus Curious about emerging tech and AI in the creative space If you're a designer who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative studio environment and enjoys working across a wide range of creative outputs — Apply now and I'll give you a call !
