This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in a highly respected department, managing a broad range of high-quality residential conveyancing matters. Key Responsibilities: Manage a varied caseload including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, equity releases, new builds, and transfers of equity. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and all relevant legal documentation. Handle transactions from instruction through to completion with precision and efficiency. Develop and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships. Proactively contribute to business development activities, including networking, client relationship management, and cross-referrals. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and professional obligations.
