Property Litigation Solicitor – Legal 500 Firm – Cambridge – Hybrid Working The Opportunity Our client, a well-established Top 100 National Law Firm, is seeking a talented and driven Property Litigation Solicitor to join their respected Dispute Resolution team in Cambridge. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior lawyer looking to develop their career within a collaborative, supportive environment while working on a broad mix of high-quality property litigation work. You will join a highly regarded team acting for a diverse range of regional and national clients, including developers, investors, institutional landlords, and local authorities. You’ll gain exposure to a wide variety of contentious property matters, including: Commercial landlord and tenant disputes Development-related disputes (rights to light, restrictive covenants, easements, and overage) Title and boundary issues Adverse possession claims Trespass and nuisance matters Strategic advisory work, dispute avoidance, and risk management You will work closely with experienced Partners and senior lawyers on complex and high-value cases, while also taking responsibility for your own files as your experience grows.
