Housing Solicitor – London This highly respected City firm, who has an excellent reputation in the property sector, is looking to join its London team with an experienced Housing Solicitor. The Team: The team acts for a large number of landlords in both the private and public sector dealing with property disputes and advising on property related matters. Your Role: You will be dealing with a variety of housing disputes matters including injunctions, possession claims, disrepair, service charge disputes and tribunal claims. You will also provide non-contentious advice on matters such as changes in legislation. About You: You will be a Solicitor or Legal Executive with 1 years PQE in housing ideally including acting for clients both in the public and private sector. You will be able to run your own case load and assist partners in their high value and complex cases.
