Integrated Project Manager / Producer

Role: Integrated Project Manager / Producer Type: Contract, up to 6 months Start date: Immediately Skills: Production, Project, Producer, Media, Film, Print, Digital, OOH, Advertising Day rate: £225 - £300 per day I am currently working with a Global Media Production Agency who are looking for an experienced Integrated Project Manager with a strong production background to help deliver an engaging activation campaign for a large, Big Four consulting firm. This role will coordinate multiple work streams, working closely with inter-agency partners, external agencies, and the client’s internal teams to keep delivery smooth, aligned, and impactful Key Responsibilities: Project Coordination & Planning: Take ownership of day-to-day project management, including schedules, timelines, and milestone tracking. Coordinate multiple work streams to ensure consistency and efficiency. Integrated Communications: Act as the bridge between internal teams, external partners, and the client. Facilitate clear and proactive communication to ensure dependencies are understood, risks are managed early, and opportunities for integration are realised. Production Oversight: Apply your production experience to help deliver multi-format assets (such as films, digital content, toolkits, and print materials) to a high standard, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines. Stakeholder Management: Build trust with senior stakeholders, capture evolving needs, manage approvals, and champion a collaborative ‘one team’ approach. What You’ll Bring: Proven experience managing complex projects with multiple work streams and stakeholder groups — ideally in large, matrixed environments. A strong background in production across content types (e.g., film, print, digital, learning) and channels. Excellent organisational and communication skills — you thrive on aligning teams, solving problems, and moving work forward under pressure. The ability to balance pragmatism with creativity, ensuring high standards are maintained. A collaborative, proactive mindset with the confidence to navigate ambiguity and keep teams motivated.
