About the Opportunity Celebrating 10 years of Workday success, the team integrates Workday as a core part of finance transformation services. You will own solution design across functional, integration, and data workstreams, working closely with stakeholders from finance teams to C-suite executives. You’ll contribute to business development, lead workshops, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while mentoring junior colleagues. Key Responsibilities Lead solution architecture for Workday Financials projects, including data models Ensure quality and consistency across workstreams Engage stakeholders at all levels, facilitating workshops and managing expectations Support business development via demos and discovery sessions Align project delivery with technical needs in collaboration with project teams Design integrations between Workday and enterprise systems Mentor and develop junior team members About You Finance professional with Workday Financials or ERP experience Expertise in finance transformation consulting or solution architecture Skilled at aligning technology with strategic business goals Able to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, including C-suite Strong integration design and business analysis skills Experience managing onshore and offshore teams Comfortable with up to 60% travel and flexible working Why Apply?
