Job Description

Residential Conveyancer – Locum 5 years' experience, Leicestershire, c. £40 per hour. A locum assignment for an experienced residential conveyancer to provide support to a well-established high street practice. OVERVIEW: • The locum conveyancer will manage a full range of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion • Caseload includes freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, shared ownership, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, and Help to Buy • Must be confident handling a caseload independently and able to hit the ground running • Ongoing assignment to support increased workload, with an immediate start • Primarily office-based, with some flexibility considered • Applications are open to qualified solicitors, legal executives or licenced conveyancers eNL will never share your CV with a third party without your express permission.
