There Property Team are recruiting an experienced Residential Conveyancer. The successful applicant will be qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive/FILEX with aspirations to develop their career and be part of well reputed practice. This is an exciting time to join a successful and innovative law firm Relevant experience will include handling freehold/leasehold sales and purchases; unregistered and registered titles; Auction and Probate sales; transfer of equity, and matrimonial property matters. Caseload is predominantly high value properties for high net worth individuals and some experience of working on developer and Government sponsored house purchase incentive schemes would be an advantage You will be enthusiastic, a quick learner and a team player whilst managing your own caseload. You will be joining the currently team of ten fee earners and support staff which is Partner lead. Salary £55,000 - £70,000 package benefits flexible working policy, pension scheme, life assurance, private medical and competitive annual leave allowance. Candidate must have a minimum 3 years private practice experience
