You’ll play a strategic role in shaping customer engagement strategies through scalable, secure, and high-performing loyalty solutions. Key Responsibilities Architect and implement loyalty program strategies within Salesforce Marketing Cloud Design loyalty features such as point systems, tier structures, and reward catalogues Ensure loyalty solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with business goals Integrate loyalty programs with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) and third-party platforms Lead solution design discussions with clients and stakeholders Optimise data flow, campaign execution, and user experience Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end loyalty solutions Maintain DevOps pipelines using tools like Copado Produce high-quality technical documentation and manage project deliverables Required Skills & Experience Proven experience in loyalty program architecture and implementation Deep understanding of Salesforce technologies (APEX, Visualforce, Lightning/LWC, Force.com) Salesforce Architecture certifications required Experience with Experience Cloud, Health Cloud, and Salesforce Industries (Vlocity/Omnistudio) Strong data modeling and API integration skills Familiarity with CI/CD practices and tools Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills What We Offer Competitive salary and benefits package Pension, healthcare, life assurance, laptop, and phone Access to extensive training resources and corporate discounts
