Senior Electrical Engineer: Transmission Substations

Are you an experienced Electrical Engineer with a proven track record in large-scale infrastructure projects? We're seeking a dynamic Senior Electrical Engineer to join our client based in Johannesburg. Qualifications : · BSc/BEng/BTech in Electrical Engineering is essential. · Professionally registered with ECSA (PrEng or PrTech) or actively eligible for professional registration. Experience : · At least 7 years of experience in: o Sound experience in Electrical Transmission Design Practices. o Substation commissioning o HV and EHV Design/Transmission Design. · Computer proficient with Microsoft Office, AutoCAD/Microstation, and specialized substation software such as CDEGS/ETAP/Digsilent. · Strong communication skills and a proven ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders. · A natural ability to take initiative and solve complex problems through analytical thinking. · Capable of working effectively with cross-regional teams, with a strong focus on delivering excellence.
