Senior Remote Systems Engineer

Seeking a Senior Systems Engineer with proven experience in Managed Services (MSP) environments. Key Requirements · Minimum 3 years of experience in an MSP environment (essential) · Strong experience with Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Security & Compliance) · Proficient in firewall administration (Fortinet, SonicWall, or similar) · Hands-on experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, VPNs · Solid scripting and automation skills (PowerShell preferred) · Familiarity with Datto RMM or similar remote monitoring tools · Advanced troubleshooting capabilities across Windows, Microsoft 365, networking, and security · Strong English communication skills (verbal and written) · Ability to document SOPs and technical changes clearly and professionally · Reliable internet connection and quiet home office environment · Comfortable working 9:00 AM 6:00 PM SAST with overlap into U.S. business hours Should you meet the requirements for this position, please email your CV to it.jobs@mspstaffing.co.za.
