We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead our Research, Innovation, and Enterprise (RIE) efforts in Green Computing and Future Communications Technologies, including cross-domain research and research-to-business initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a motivated, independent team player with experience supporting research strategies, developing thought leadership, and fostering international partnerships through RIE. Opportunities include collaborating with local and international research communities and organizations to advance technology leadership. Join us in shaping Singapore’s digital future. Responsibilities: Develop research-to-business strategies in Green Computing, Future Communications Technologies, and cross-domain areas like Artificial Intelligence, aligned with national interests. Prepare RIE funding proposals and define success metrics for research programs. Strategize impactful collaborations with Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs) and Research Institutes (RIs) in relevant fields. Represent Singapore and IMDA at research forums and standards committees. Translate research findings into viable business opportunities. Drive international collaboration efforts. Support leadership by monitoring global trends and technological shifts in relevant fields, providing timely policy and strategic recommendations. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or related fields. Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience. Familiarity with the RIE ecosystem. Strategic thinker with a collaborative attitude and strong team orientation. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong presentation and engagement abilities. Strong stakeholder management skills, capable of working with local and overseas partners.
