Position Summary We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our in-person team in Mexico City. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business growth strategy, B2B relationship development, and financial services — with a specific interest in the renewable energy sector. This role requires a strategic thinker who thrives on building partnerships, identifying opportunities, and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships in the solar energy financing sector (primarily for the U.S. market). Build and maintain strong relationships with solar installers, channel partners, and other stakeholders. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategic planning. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, legal, and operations) to ensure smooth onboarding and deal execution. Represent Greenday Finance at industry events, trade shows, and virtual conferences. Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential partners or clients. Monitor key performance indicators and report on sales and business development metrics. Requirements Minimum 6 years of experience in business development, sales strategy, or partnerships (experience in renewable energy or financial products is a plus). Strong knowledge of B2B relationship building and business growth tactics. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills in both English and Spanish. Proactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and cross-functionally. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field. Full-time availability and commitment to working in person at our Mexico City office.
