Job Description

Position: Sales Development Representative (Outbound) - US Market/ Native - or C1 English level required Work Hours: 8 AM - 5 PM PST (Monday - Friday) Compensation Package: Base Salary: $1200 - $1500 gross (based on experience) Cash performance bonuses Stock options About Breezit: Breezit is a venture-funded startup helping service providers in the trillion-dollar event industry find new customers, send quotes, collect payments, and save costs. Our mission is to provide the operating rails for event venues, photographers, DJs, and other service providers in over 20 categories, allowing them to focus on delivering great experiences while we take care of the rest. We already have a category-leading product in Europe, a growing ambitious team, and a vision to expand globally. We recently launched in the US and are already seeing excitement from service providers eager to use our product. At Breezit, you won’t be just one of many. You will play an instrumental role in a fast-growing company, face new challenges daily, and build your skills every day. What will you do? Lead Outreach: Engage inbound leads in the US by phone and email. Scheduling & Meetings: Book meetings, identify client needs, and introduce them to Breezit. Client Relationships: Build and maintain long-term client relationships. CRM Management: Constantly update the CRM system (we use Hubspot) and keep everything organized. Data-Driven Insights: Use performance data to adjust strategies and improve results. Main KPI: The number of scheduled meetings. You are a great fit if: People-Oriented: Love meeting new people and starting conversations. Proactive & Persistent: Are not afraid to pick up the phone and make a lot of calls (75 a day) Results-Driven: Are excited by hitting targets and working in a fast-paced environment. Sales-Focused: Have a strong interest in sales (previous experience is a plus). Analytical & Detail-Oriented: Have strong analytical skills and can assess performance metrics. Tech-Savvy: Quickly learn and use different tools, including CRM systems like Hubspot. Quick Learner: Adapt fast to changing situations and new processes. Excellent Communicator: Have exceptional English skills, both written and spoken. Time Zone Flexibility: Are fine working 8 AM - 5 PM PST.
