About The Company: Randstad is the 1 HR Services Provider in the world, and we are looking for a Lead Technical Program Manager to join our Nearshore Center at Randstad Mexico. Key Responsibilities: Lead and execute high-stakes, cross-functional initiatives and programs in direct partnership with VP-level organization leads in Product and Engineering. Oversee end-to-end program execution across teams/groups, including risk management, communication, quarterly planning, resourcing, prioritization, issue/conflict resolution, and dependency management. Proactively identify, communicate, and mitigate program risks, collaborating with responsible partners. Organize and lead cadence-based stakeholder/leadership meetings, tracking actions and providing timely communication of program status, schedule, risks, and blockers. Drive process improvements and leverage metrics to enhance transparency, overall team performance, and efficiency around key cross-org programs. Keep track of key open decisions, risks, and dependencies , driving them to closure. Work closely with engineering leads to build development plans and then track and maintain those plans to ensure timely delivery. Identify risks early and surface them to the appropriate audience in a timely manner so that we can identify and execute mitigation strategies. Drive planning conversations and ensure the team is aware of and following the planning timelines each iteration, with all key POCs in alignment. Keep track of all upcoming releases and ensure the respective Product, Dev, and GTM teams are ready to support those releases. Requirements Experience: Approximately 5-6 years (P3 level) or 10 years (P5 level) leading large-scale, complex, cross-functional software delivery programs as a Technical Program Manager. Program Management: Ability to develop clear program strategies and high-level program plans. Organizational & Communication Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to deal with ambiguity, multitask, and work independently in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Excellent written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills. Data Synthesis: Ability to synthesize data from various streams and present it in a digestible, bite-sized manner to upper management and execution teams. Metrics & Dashboards: Experience curating program metrics and creating dashboards/scorecards for overall project health and progress. Education: Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent. Nice to have: P&T Planning: Experience leading large, cross-functional P&T quarterly planning activities to scope, resource, and prioritize work based on product/feature roadmaps. Problem Solving: Strong and innovative approach to problem-solving and delivering solutions. Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills with cross-functional teams (influencer). Adaptability: Skilled at dealing with ambiguity in a rapidly growing and changing environment.
