Budget & Insurance Compliance Analyst Location: Morelia, Mich. About the role: To ensure effective financial planning and control by supporting the budgeting process, monitoring budget execution, managing budget allocations and transfers, and providing analytical support to various departments to optimize resource utilization and ensure alignment with strategic goals. What you´ll be doing: Uploading and maintaining budget data for each quarter, ensuring accuracy and compliance with planning timelines. Execution and tracking of budget transfers within the ERP system to align funding with operational needs. Supporting the onboarding and registration process for corporate bank cards, including follow-up with issuing institutions. Preparing justifications and submitting formal requests for additional budget allocations when necessary. Managing and monitoring the payment schedule for critical corporate matters, ensuring timely execution and proper documentation. Providing analytical and operational support to various Finance teams, assisting with data analysis, and special projects across areas such as Accounts Receivable, Accounting, and Accounts Payable. Supporting insurance compliance by coordinating required documentation, tracking policy renewals, and ensuring alignment with internal and regulatory standards. To be successful you're most likely to have: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business; and/or equivalent combination of education and experience. Expert proficiency in MS Excel Bilingual in Spanish and English, both written and verbal. Multitask, proactive, self-taught and initiative profile.
