ATM Technician

Job Description Job Description The ATM Technician is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and installing automated teller machines (ATMs) for financial institutions. They provide technical support to bank personnel and customers to ensure the smooth operation of ATMs. Key Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on ATMs, such as replacing worn-out parts, lubricating mechanisms, and cleaning keypads Troubleshoot and diagnose ATM software and hardware issues Install and configure new ATMs and related hardware, such as modems, printers, and card readers Keep track of ATM inventory levels and order replacement parts as needed Provide technical support to bank personnel and customers, address inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed on ATMs Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, particularly with regard to security and data privacy Qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalent Associate degree in a relevant field, such as electronics or computer science (preferred) Minimum of 2 years of experience in ATM maintenance and repair Proficiency in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting Experience with ATM software and related systems, such as transaction processing and card management (preferred) Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Willingness to work outside of regular business hours, as needed Join our team of ATM Technicians today and help ensure the smooth operation of ATMs for financial institutions and customers alike!
