Job Description Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a Security Installation & Service Technician to join our team! As a Security Installation & Service Technician, you will travel to various locations and job sites and accurately install or repair security systems based on customer specifications and location restrictions. This can include burglary & fire alarm systems, surveillance cameras, install smart locks, access control, surveillance cameras, speakers, and more. The ideal candidate has experience with security installation or similar electronic products, strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, and an analytical way of thinking. Responsibilities Travel to various locations and ascertain their specific needs Troubleshoot problems in security systems, and make repairs or replacements Install new security systems, including electronic locks, thermostats, alarms, CCTVs, and more Maintain appropriate equipment, and restock vehicles and supplies as needed Maintain excellent, accurate logs of work completed at all time through our software Rotate phone call emergency tech support with other security technicians (averages 1 week every month) Qualifications Previous experience in the security industry field IS REQUIRED Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent attention to detail Strong communication and listening skills Must be a team player Offered Benefits/Perks Competitive Compensation Career Advancement Opportunities Health Insurance Paid Time Off/Vacation Time 401K Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Accidental Insurance Work vehicle also allowed to drive home if home is within 25 miles of the office
