Job Description
We have an opportunity for a General Manager / Operations Director to oversee a large Highway Maintenance & Road Construction contractor. Salary: circa £120,000 - £130,000pa relocation, annual bonus, long term incentive plan, corporate benefits. Candidates must have proven senior management experience in the highway maintenance, surfacing or road construction sectors, with particular exposure to budgeting, business planning, P&L and delivering growth. A successful track record of successful UK civil engineering / highway contracting business leadership is essential.
