Paralegal (Court of Protection)

We are looking for an experienced Paralegal to join our clients Court of Protection team in London. This is a full-time role and would be an ideal position for a motivated individual with a strong passion for Private Client work. The successful candidate will have a good knowledge and/or experience in this area and have strong research skills. You should be confident, proactive and have excellent organisational and time management skills. Responsibilities: Preparation of Wills; Preparation of Lasting Powers of Attorney to include registration of EPAs and LPAs; File opening administration; Estate Administration including visiting properties; Trust Administration; Dealing with initial enquiries; File Closures.
