Litigation Legal Secretary - Are you seeking a hybrid working arrangement at a top legal 500 law firm in the City? Position Overview for this Litigation Legal Secretary role: Top legal 500 law firm in Central London are currently recruiting for an experienced Litigation Legal Secretary with a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar Litigation Legal Secretary role ideally within a property litigation department. The successful candidate will be working along aside a dedicated Litigation team specifically within the Property Litigation department. Experience for this Litigation Legal Secretary role - Digital dictation Preparing and filing routine forms, statements and documents Preparing and updating document bundles - both electronic bundles and physical bundles General office administration duties Liaising with courts, clerks and other legal professionals Excellent written and oral communication skills. Able to work on own initiative as well as part of a team. Be able to demonstrate confidence and self-motivation. Able to work to strict deadlines and in a pressurised environment. Attention to detail is essential.
