Job Title: Business Analyst- AWM / Capital Markets Operations Location: London (3 days/week Onsite) Duration: 3 to 6 months 400GBP/day Inside IR35 Financial Client Experience Required Job Description Experience - 9 years’ experience. The ability to work independently is critical. Prior work experience with AWM / Capital Markets operations. Hands-on capabilities. Analyze and improve BAU operations. Ask insightful questions to understand and challenge existing processes. Capture, document, and enhance operational procedures. Assess and understand the team structure to identify opportunities for efficiency. Explore and propose automated alert mechanisms to streamline processing. Skills & Experience: o Strong knowledge of Custody and Financial Services. SWP Functionality Preferred ( Though BA can gather information while analyzing). Experience in process improvement and business analysis. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with stakeholders.
