HR Adviser

We’re recruiting for a confident and proactive HR Adviser to join our clients team in North Lanarkshire. This is a permanent, full-time role based onsite, with regular travel across central Scotland—so a full UK driving licence is essential, however a vehicle can be provided. In this position you’ll work closely with operational managers and site teams, helping to build a strong people culture and driving best practice in all areas of HR. About the Role: As an HR Adviser, you'll provide expert, hands-on support across a broad range of HR functions, including: Employee relations, including disciplinaries, grievances, and absence management Supporting managers with performance and capability issues Recruitment and onboarding processes Assisting with HR policy development and implementation Ensuring compliance with employment legislation and internal procedures Contributing to key HR projects across the organisation What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in a similar HR role Strong working knowledge of UK employment law Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to manage a busy and varied workload Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across Scotland as required What’s on Offer: Salary of around £35,000 , depending on experience Permanent, stable position with opportunities to grow A supportive and collaborative team culture
