Job Description
Job title: Non-Integrated Area Program Manager 8 months contract most likely to extend Overview: The Non-Integrated Area (NIA) Program Manager oversees multiple initiatives related to long- term planning in the NIAs including the load forecast program; preparation of public facing long-term planning reports. Must have: Lead the end-to-end management of the Load Forecasting Program Oversee the preparation, review, and publication of Long-Term Planning reports, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and accessibility for public audiences. Coordinate input and collaboration across diverse teams including Planning & Strategy, Indigenous Relations as well as local First Nations representatives. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and communication strategies. Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and reviews to ensure alignment and progress. Identify and mitigate risks, manage dependencies, and resolve issues that may impact program delivery. Track and report on program performance, milestones, and deliverables to senior leadership. What you need to have? • A minimum nine (9) years of project management experience or equivalent. • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Economics or related discipline • Project Management Professional (PMP®) designation, preferred • Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project)
