Project Manager

Insight Global is seeking a Project Manager to support lululemon on a contractual basis in Vancouver BC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Data Governance Projects with resource planning, vendor management, and stakeholder coordination, along with excellent communication and leadership skills to thrive in a global, cross-functional environment. The candidate must possess excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, along with listening and facilitation abilities to sense organizational vibrations. Additional requirements include coaching and mentoring skills, entrepreneurship and resourcefulness, self-awareness, collaboration, and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). This Project Manager will support the day to day project alignment for the Enterprise Data Management Program roll out at lululemon with Collibra, including supporting workload management, roadmap alignment, running monthly meetings and working with technical stakeholders to understand project progress. Must Haves for the role include: 5 years experience in Project Management over Data Governance projects Agile project delivery experience and ability to run scrum ceremonies Change management communication experience Strong communication experience and ability to manage diverse teams and run stakeholder meetings of all levels Plusses: Financial background with project budget management Collibra Experience - Experience rolling out an EDM program Worked on projects with Snowflake in the past If you are interested, please send me a copy of an updated resume and I will reach out.
