Operations Accountant

Key Responsibilities:  You will oversee the financial and administrative functions of the Urban Trade Region. Monitoring and reporting on financial performance Supporting the regional manager with strategic and operational insights Ensuring accurate and timely monthly reporting Driving improvements in processes and systems Supporting annual budgets and feasibility assessments Assisting with audits and ensuring compliance Ensure stock counts are done and variances are reported accurately   Key requirements:  Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (BCom) or CIMA qualification 4 years’ relevant experience in a financial/operations accounting role Strong systems knowledge with advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills Proven ability to travel to multiple branches as required A self-starter with analytical acumen and strong stakeholder management skills Sound judgment in complex environments Results-driven with a high achievement orientation Self-aware with a strong sense of ownership Own transport is a non-negotiable requirement.
