Hire Resolve's Client, a reputable mining company in the Northern Capee, is currently looking for an experienced Mine Overseer to join their mining team. : Grade 12 qualification. Valid Mine Overseer Certificate of Competency. Blasting Certificate. At least 10 to 15 years of experience in the mining sector, with a minimum of 5 years in a mine overseer position. Demonstrates strong discipline and high ethical standards. Experience in Trackless Mining operations, specifically Bord and Pillar methods. Familiarity with Trackless Mobile Machinery. Understanding of key drivers influencing production performance. Experience in production scheduling and planning. Knowledge of cycle mining processes. Understanding of water and air reticulation systems. Experience with roadway maintenance practices. Skilled in labour supervision and workforce management.
