The role involves keeping up to date with the latest mining systems, identifying operational improvement opportunities, and supervising project teams focused on underground operations enhancements and training. Candidates must hold a Mine Managers Certificate of Competency and possess a Bachelors degree or Advanced Diploma in Mining or Engineering. A minimum of 5 years experience in a related role, including 2 years in management, is required. Take charge and drive operational excellence underground.
