Technical Competencies & Experience: Proven track record of managing big projects on their own. Experience in Civil3D and Idas software. 2 5 years Post PR Eng with housing development experience. Experience with sewer plans, master stormwater plans and bulk infrastructure. Experience managing & leading others. Behavioural Competencies: Should be a good leader & influencer. Have effective communication skills. Must be curious & driven to solve problems. Must be client & stakeholder focused. Should be a strong mentor & coach.
