Head of Construction

Job Purpose: The Head of Construction leads the construction division, overseeing all ongoing and upcoming projects. This strategic role involves setting performance benchmarks, managing senior staff, ensuring operational excellence, and supporting the company’s long-term growth. Key Responsibilities: Provide leadership across all construction activities, from pre-construction to project completion. Oversee project planning, execution, financial performance, and client satisfaction. Set KPIs for project delivery and enforce accountability among senior staff. Develop and implement company-wide construction processes and SOPs. Lead recruitment, training, and development of the project and construction teams. Review project risk profiles and recommend mitigation strategies. Represent the company in high-level meetings with clients, regulators, and stakeholders. Requirements: Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. At least 15 years of progressive leadership experience in the construction industry.
