Project Manager / Scrum Master – Lead a CX Transformation in Monterrey!

Location: Monterrey, Mexico (3–4 days onsite/week) Type: 9-Month Contract The Opportunity: We’re hiring a Project Manager/Scrum Master in Monterrey to support a major Customer Experience (CX) program running through April 2026. You’ll work with cross-functional teams, help drive Agile delivery, and be a key part of a global transformation initiative. What You’ll Do: Lead Agile or hybrid project delivery Facilitate sprints, stand-ups, and retrospectives Keep teams aligned and projects on track Collaborate onsite with stakeholders 3–4 days per week What You’ll Need: Strong experience as a Project Manager or Scrum Master Solid background in Agile/hybrid methodologies CX program experience is a plus , but not required Must be based in Monterrey and available for onsite work Excited to be part of something impactful?
