Role Overview We are seeking an experienced HubSpot Specialist to join our team in Mexico City . You will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and scaling our HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub to drive sales performance, customer engagement, and operational efficiency. This is a full-time, in-office position , ideal for a self-driven expert who is passionate about marketing technology and clean energy solutions. Key Responsibilities Own and manage the day-to-day operations of HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, and related tools. Work closely with sales and marketing teams to design and implement workflows, pipelines, lead scoring, and reporting dashboards. Create, segment, and optimize email marketing campaigns and automation sequences. Integrate HubSpot with third-party platforms and internal systems. Analyze campaign and sales funnel performance to identify areas of improvement. Train and support internal users on HubSpot best practices and ensure data hygiene. Develop custom solutions, reports, and dashboards tailored to sales and marketing goals. Requirements 6 years of experience working in a similar HubSpot-focused role, preferably in B2B sales or the renewable energy sector. Expert-level proficiency in HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub (certifications are a plus). Strong understanding of lead generation, nurturing, sales pipelines, and automation. Experience integrating HubSpot with other platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zapier, etc.). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written) – required. Organized, collaborative, and able to thrive in a fast-paced team environment. Must be based in CDMX
