Job Description

CMA CGM Mexico Position: Cross Sales Manager Job Description: Responsible for supporting selling of non-maritime products by Sales Teams across the countries. This role will be the interface between sales teams and HO/RO departments related to eCommerce, Intermodal & Value-Added Services (VAS). Acts as an Expert on Non-Maritime products (e-commerce, VAS, intermodal) and ensures that Outside and Inside Sales are in full capability of selling Non-Maritime products (training documents etc.). Provide support on commercial market opportunities identified by Outside & Inside Sales. Conduct commercial visits and calls in coordination with Outside & Inside Sales to support on Non-Maritime negotiations. Coordinate between HO/RO and Sales Offices on Non-Maritime products (e-commerce, VAS, intermodal) and reports issues related to pricing & execution. Drive standardization of selling of Non-Maritime products in the cluster. Required Competences: Knowledge of commercial policy and offers Data analysis and diagnosis Calculation methods, statistics analysis knowledge Commercial action and relation management Negotiation Operational marketing Sales techniques knowledge Requirements for Applying: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field. Trade and/or sales experience. Advanced Cross Sales experience. Experience in Freight Forwarding. Experience as a Salesperson. Some experience in team management. Ability to deal with senior management profiles. Advanced English (B2) Working level in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Good 2024 Performance Review. At least 1 year Seniority in the current position.
