Job Title: AR Associate - Claims Processor Shift time: Monday to Friday 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST Salary: $21,000 mil pesos mxn brutos Location: Remote Description The AR Associate – Claims Processor is responsible for ensuring that all customer requests for credits are addressed timely and accurately. This involves monitoring of the AR inbox, research with PODs and BOL’s and adherence to Company policy as it relates to timing of refund requests before processing credits. This position will also communicate with customers to answer inquiries sent to the AR inbox, or if more involved to communicate with the responsible AR associate responsible for the account. This person will work closely with the AR Specialist in charge of cash applications to address short payments immediately and unallowed deductions. Duties/Responsibilities: • Monitor and attend to the AR inbox for customer inquiries including credit requests, document requests, etc. • Diligently review requests and ensure proper credit memo calculation with all the necessary support. • Interact with customers to get back up for unallowed deductions or short payments when there is not communication in the AR inbox. • Issue credit memos in Netsuite and ensure all support is uploaded, any credit over $500 requires Cor-porate Controller approval. • Issue rebate /marketing incentive related credits in Netsuite obtained from Supervisor and approved by Accountant • Insure form is filled out and proper Reason code is identified for accurate reporting • Handle any customer AR service issues to the customer’s full satisfaction. • Answer incoming customer calls regarding cash and credit applications, service questions, and general concerns. • Research and process customer questions related to invoice payments. • Attention to detail – The job requires being careful about details and thorough in completing the work tasks. • Provide thorough and accurate documentation to customer accounts through our communication channels. • Assist in research of credit memos as a result of the Credit Memo Detail Report • Assist with Cash application and Invoicing process when needed • Identify areas of opportunity for optimizing results and improving customer satisfaction. • Maintain superior quality assurance results. • May perform other duties as assigned.
