Product Owner / Product Manager

We’re a small, execution-driven team that values product-first thinking, pragmatic architecture, and startup mentality. You’ll be one of the first hires, helping shape the technical foundation and building core features that our earliest users rely on. What You’ll Do ● Collaborate with internal stakeholders and customers to define, prioritize, and manage product requirements ● Translate business goals and user needs into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria ● Manage the product roadmap, backlog, and sprint planning process ● Partner with engineering to scope features, define trade-offs, and ensure timely delivery of milestones ● Champion the user experience while aligning features to business outcomes ● Lead product demos, collect structured feedback, and iterate with users and the team What We’re Looking For ● 5 years’ experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in a fast-paced environment ● Hands-on experience working on a SaaS product , especially in a B2B context ● Proven ability to translate customer problems into product requirements and technical deliverables ● Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders ● Comfortable running sprints, iterative roadmap with competing priorities and tight timelines ● Experience using tools like Jira , Linear , or Notion to manage backlogs and roadmaps ● Familiarity with AI/LLM products or previous work with technical AI teams ● Experience with digital marketing and marketing technology (MarTech) projects, including campaign tools, analytics platforms, or customer engagement workflows
