Talent Acquisition Specialist Location: Turin (Hybrid) Experience: 2-3 years Contract: Full-time About the Role We are looking for a motivated and skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People & Culture team in Turin , with a hybrid work model . In this role, you'll play a key part in helping us scale our teams by identifying, engaging, and hiring top talent across multiple functions. You’ll be involved in the full recruitment lifecycle and act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, bringing both agency-level speed and internal TA sensitivity to the table. Your Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination. Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand team needs and define job requirements. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines, especially for key or recurring roles. Ensure a smooth and inclusive candidate experience from first touch to offer. Use data and insights to continuously improve recruiting strategies. Act as an ambassador of our employer brand in the tech/startup ecosystem. Contribute to projects related to talent market research, recruitment marketing, or ATS optimization. What We’re Looking For 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably with a foundation in agency recruiting . Ideally, also some experience in an in-house role , within a startup or fast-growing company could be interesting. Fluent in Italian and English – both written and spoken – as they are our internal working languages. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong sourcing capabilities using LinkedIn and other platforms. A proactive, hands-on approach and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. ✨ Nice to Have Experience hiring for tech or digital profiles. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Teamtailor, Greenhouse, Lever, Recruitee). Passion for employer branding and candidate experience.
