Practice Opportunity for Experienced Breast Surgery Providers We are seeking a full-time provider to join our team in California. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced professionals passionate about breast surgery. Key Highlights: California License in Process? No Problem! We welcome providers currently in the process of obtaining their California license to apply. Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday (8 AM 5 PM) in the clinic, with operating room (OR) time dependent on block availability. Call Requirements: Beeper call after clinic hours. Typically low call volume (1 call/day, rarely requiring in-person response). Weekend coverage may occasionally include 24-hour beeper call if the primary clinician is unavailable. Requirements: Availability for full-time coverage (approximately 20 shifts/month). Extensive breast surgery experience is essential, with: At least 100 breast surgeries performed in the last 24 months. Procedure logs (preferred upfront or required for privileges). An estimated count of surgeries is acceptable for initial presentation. We are looking for a dedicated and skilled provider ready to make an impact.
