Salary and Benefits Base Salary: $500,000 - $515,000 $75,000 Sign On Additional wRVU bonus model (paid quarterly) Additional $15,000 annual bonus for working with residents Telehealth option available (this is not a remote role, option of seeing telehealth patients, will still see patients on-site) Sign on bonus: Yes, amount determined case by case. Brand new infrastructure and equipment Access to all Pediatric subspecialists Hospital is a 626 bed tertiary center, with a level III NICU and dedicated women s pavilion hospital. Opportunity to precept OB/GYN residents at a brand new residency program in Tampa! Responsibilities 6 to 8 consults a day, 20 to 30 ultrasounds a day Precept / round at resident clinic one day per week Hybrid of clinic and remote/work from home telehealth Role is split between clinic and hospital, which are on the same campus. Requirements Clear and Active Medical License in the State of Florida (or willing to obtain if out of area provider) Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology Board Certified in Maternal-Fetal Medicine Full-time role, this is not locums or per diem. Prior academic experience is preferred, but not required.
